No. The monthly prices listed cover all services described in each plan. If your needs fall outside the scope of your chosen tier, we will notify you and discuss adjustments before proceeding — no surprise charges.
Yes. You can switch plans at the start of any new billing month. Our team in Cairo will update your account and adjust services accordingly. No penalties apply for changing tiers.
We accept bank transfers to our Cairo account, as well as Instapay and Vodafone Cash. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, with payment due within seven business days.
Additional services such as year-end financial statements or VAT filings beyond the monthly scope are available at a separate agreed rate. We will provide a written quote before any extra work begins.
Our standard arrangement is a three-month minimum engagement, which allows us to properly establish your financial records. After that, services continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days written notice to cancel.
